Texas Highlands Custom Homes & Remodel was formed by Zachary Cazalas and Joshua Mansmann, who began the company performing basic handyman jobs and services. Zach left the medical field to follow his passion for home building, remodeling, and construction. For the past several years, they have broadened their scope of work to include a wide range of construction services: handyman jobs, bathroom and kitchen remodels, deck building, casitas, guest homes, and custom homes.

Josh and his wife, Raine, got married in 2020. Since then, they’ve been blessed with two sons, Cedric and Fenton, and their daughter, Elowyn. Zachary and his wife Tatyana are happily married with their daughter, Penelope, and newborn son, Callan.
